We get it - sometimes the loot just doesn't hit right. Maybe the color's off, it doesn't vibe with your setup, or there's a hidden fault that forces a return.

To make things easier for you, we’ve put together a quick overview of how returns and claims work with us.

  • Right of Withdrawal

    If you regret your purchase within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period.

  • Claim / Complaint

    If the product is defective, incorrect, or does not meet what was agreed upon.

If You Change Your Mind

If you regret your purchase and want to return a product, the following applies:

Important to Know

  1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

    According to the European Union, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Right to Try the Product

    You may examine and try the product in the same way you would in a physical store.

  3. Substantially Unchanged Condition

    To receive a full refund, the item must be in substantially unchanged condition, preferably with tags and any original packaging intact.

  4. Deduction for Loss of Value

    If the item has been handled more than necessary or is damaged (e.g. stains, odors, or missing tags), we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund corresponding to the loss in value.

How to do it

  1. Contact Us

    Send us an email and let us know you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Pack the Item Carefully

    Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transport.

  3. Return the Item

    Send the item back to us (you’ll receive the return address once you’ve contacted us). In case of withdrawal, you cover the return shipping cost and are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us in good condition. We recommend sending the product as a trackable letter or parcel so you can prove it was sent and so we can track its journey together if something goes wrong during transit.

  4. Refund

    Once we have received and approved the return, we will process your refund using the same method you used for payment. The time for the refund may vary depending on the payment method and your bank.

If the item is faulty

If you discover a fault with your item and wish to make a claim, the following applies:

  1. 3-Year Right to Claim

    Under EU law, you have the right to make a claim on a product for up to 3 years from the date of purchase, provided the fault was present from the start or is an original defect.

  2. Report as Soon as Possible

    To make the process smoother, it's best to file a claim as soon as you discover the fault.

  3. Documentation

    If possible, take photos or describe the issue in detail when contacting us. The more information we have from the start, the faster we can assist you.

  4. Return Costs

    If the claim is valid, we will cover the return shipping and any other reasonable costs related to the fault.

  1. Contact Us

    Send us an email and let us know you want to make a claim. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and describe the issue as clearly as possible. If you can, attach photos.

  2. Pack the Item Carefully

    Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transport.

  3. Return the Item (if needed)

    If we ask you to return the item, you’ll receive instructions on how to do so. If the claim is approved, we’ll cover any shipping costs and other necessary expenses.

  4. Refund or Other Action

    Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, we’ll agree on the next step. This may involve sending you a replacement product, a repair, or a refund using the same method you used for the original purchase. We follow applicable consumer protection laws to ensure you always receive a fair solution.
