Terms and Conditions

This translation of our Terms and Conditions is provided for your convenience and general understanding. The original and legally binding version is written in English. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

These terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all purchases made through Gamezelle, which is owned and operated by Two-Dot-Oh (SE8411163531). By using our website or making a purchase through our online store, you agree to these terms.

Regarding Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address with information about the products, price, and billing and shipping address. If you notice any inaccuracies in the order confirmation (such as an incorrect product or shipping address), please contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before delivery.

Regarding Orders

We strive to ship your order within 1–3 business days. Please note that this timeframe only applies to the dispatch of the products from our warehouse. The actual delivery time depends on the shipping provider and may vary depending on the final destination. Note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Regarding Product Availability

If the product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately when we begin packing your order to discuss alternative solutions — for example, if you’d like to switch to a similar product or cancel the purchase for a full refund.

Regarding Delivery

We use PostNord Sweden for all deliveries, and they are responsible for transporting your order from our warehouse to the specified delivery address.

Delivery via PostNord Sweden is only possible where they have delivery capacity. If an address is found to be outside their delivery range, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative solutions, such as changing the delivery address or cancelling the purchase.

If errors in the delivery address are discovered after the product has been handed over to PostNord Sweden and the error is our fault, we will send a replacement product to the correct address at no extra cost. If the address error is due to you, we will first attempt to resolve it with PostNord Sweden. If not possible, the order will be treated as an unclaimed delivery.

Regarding Order Tracking

To increase security and transparency in the delivery process, we aim to make every package trackable. If a package is lost during delivery despite our efforts, we will cancel the purchase and refund the full amount. We are dedicated to ensuring every delivery reaches our customers reliably and securely.

Regarding Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up from the delivery point and is returned to us, the purchase will be automatically cancelled. However, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 200 SEK to cover part of the costs incurred in handling the unclaimed order. This fee covers shipping to the customer, return shipping, warehouse handling, and administrative costs.

Regarding Prices

All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors on all orders, including those already confirmed. We also reserve the right to update prices on our website at any time due to changing market conditions, supplier pricing, stock levels, or errors in listed prices. Any price changes on our website will apply from the time they are updated and do not apply retroactively to previous orders.

Regarding Typos

We strive to ensure all texts on our website are accurate and free from spelling or other typographical errors. Should there be any mistakes or unclear information that may affect your understanding of our terms, please contact us immediately so we can clarify and correct it. We reserve the right to correct any typos, misprints, or other inaccuracies in our terms without prior notice, but these changes will not negatively affect already completed orders.

Regarding Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, you must contact us to inform us of your intent to return the product.

When returning a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the product must be returned in unchanged condition. We recommend packaging the product well to avoid damage during transport. Once we receive the product and confirm it is unused and undamaged, we will refund the full amount paid for the item.

If the product is used or damaged to the extent that it cannot be resold at full price, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Regarding Claims and Product Warranty

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. If a product is unexpectedly damaged or faulty upon arrival, we commit to correcting the issue free of charge in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.

We recommend documenting any damage by taking photos. This helps us verify the issue and quickly handle your claim. In case of a claim, we will also cover return shipping and provide a return shipping label.

To initiate a claim, you must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

Regarding Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is correct, but we cannot guarantee the absence of printing errors or that all products are always in stock. Additionally, product images may not always accurately reflect the actual product appearance. Color representation may vary depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution. Our goal is to present our products as accurately and realistically as possible.
